Rent the Warming House for your next event! The Warming House is available for private events year round. The Warming House is perfect space for graduation parties, wedding and baby showers, corporate events, off-site trainings, and more

POOL PARTY PACKAGE
Hosted during normal open swim hours
Cost: $185
Includes the following:
- Reserved space in Warming House or large table on pool deck
- 1 10-punch pass
- $60 in concessions (punch cards)
- ¼ Sheet cake or 24 cupcakes from bakery
- Candles for the cake (no sparkler or trick candles)
- Help with set-up and clean-up
You may add additional pool passes, and concessions cards to the rental.
Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis.
PRIVATE OR CORPORATE PARTY
Looking to book a Private Summer Party? Spring Lake Swim Facility is the perfect location with great pricing and flexibility to customize your special event. Reserve the entire pool for your corporation, family reunion, bachelor or bachelorette party, or any other occasion.

2025 PRIVATE/CORPORATE PARTY PRICING
During Pool Private Rentals the whistle is blown 10 minutes prior to the end of the reservation. Please schedule accordingly. Eg. If you want 2 hours of swimming book your rental for 15 min past the 2nd hour.
